A MAN who faces a charge of attempted murder has had his case delayed again over a psychiatric report.
Bryan Lilley, 26, formerly of Hever Avenue, Worcester, is accused of attempting to murder Jonathan Ronald.
The offence is said by the prosecution to have taken place on July 12 last year.
Lilley is also accused of a second count of possession of a Class A drug.
In that count the prosecution alleges Lilley had cocaine in his possession on the same date.
As we previously reported Lilley is yet to plead to either charge as his fitness to plead was to be assessed.

On Monday, (June 19), Lilley's case was called on with the defendant appearing on a videolink to Worcester Crown Court.
Michael Aspinall, defending, explained that as Lilley had not been produced at the court in person for the hearing he had not been able to speak to him about the report.
The barrister asked for an adjournment - Simon Phillips, prosecuting, not contesting the application.
His Honour Judge James Burbidge KC adjourned the case with Lilley, who is remanded in custody, now scheduled to appear at the next hearing on June 26.
