WORRIED residents were concerned the driver of a grey van was acting suspiciously.
West Mercia Police received reports of the van in the Leabank Drive area of Northwick on Sunday, June 18.
Police carried out a search but were given an incorrect registration.
A police spokesperson said: "The caller described the two men in the van as Eastern European.
"A patrol was sent to the area to carry out an area search and an alert message was sent to all of the Worcester patrols to be aware of the van.
"It appears the registration we were given was incorrect."
