An INDIAN restaurant in Worcester has closed.
Cafe Mela on Foregate Street has announced it has closed for good.
The decision was confirmed on the restaurant’s website.
A statement read: “It is with a heavy heart that we share this news with you today.
“After careful consideration and evaluation, we regret to inform you that our business has permanently closed its doors.
“This decision was not an easy one to make, and we understand that it may come as a surprise to many of you who have been loyal patrons over the last few years.”
The post continued: “Thank you once again for being part of our journey. We hope that our paths may cross again in the future.
“Until then, we wish you all the best in your endeavours and thank you for the cherished memories we have created together.”
Cafe Mela has been contacted for further information about the closure.
