A POPULAR women's clothing retailer has introduced quiet shopping hours for its customers.
New Look's Worcester branch is trialing a 'quiet hour' to create a more inclusive and accessible environment for shoppers.
Worcester's New Look will turn off the music, reducing the lighting and any loud tasks on the shop floor on the first hour of trading on both Wednesday and Sunday.

A New Look spokesperson said: “At New Look, we are focused on creating a retail environment which is inclusive and accessible for all.
"With this in mind, we are trialling the introduction of a ‘quiet hour’ in some of our stores across the UK.
"During these hours, we will be reducing our music, dimming the lights and creating a quieter shopping environment.”
If the trial is successful, New Look said there is a potential to roll this out to all its stores.
