AN unlucky thief walked straight into the arms of a police officer, Droitwich police have said.
Droitwich Safer Neighbour Team said the man was stopped in Droitwich Town Centre by police while officers were out on patrol before he was arrested.
SNT stopped a male in the Droitwich Town Centre whilst out on patrols - this male felt he was excluded from the requirements to pay for goods before leaving a store. In a tweet on Wednesday afternoon police said: "SNT stopped a male in Droitwich Town Centre whilst out on patrols.
"This male felt he was excluded from the requirements to pay for goods before leaving a store.
"Unluckily for him, he walked straight into officers and was subsequently arrested with over £280 of stolen products.
