AN INDEPENDENT Worcester jeweller has thanked its customers after winning a prestigious industry award.
Anja Potze Fine Jewellery, on Friar Street, won the Jeweller Award for Gloucestershire and Worcestershire at the Muddy Awards 2023, run by Muddy Stilletos.
The owner of the business, Anja Potze, said both she and the team were very excited to win the award.
She said: "It was amazing news. We were all just so excited and appreciative of our customers.
"It is important to note that this award was voter based so without our wonderful customers we would not have been able to win.
"It was certainly unexpected, but such wonderful news."

Anja Potze said that the community around her is very important and the business likes to give back to Worcestershire charities.
She said: "We feel very tied into the community here in Worcester which is why we like to give back as much as we can to local charities.
"Our charity of the year is Acorns, but we still look to raise money for great organisations such as St Richard's Hospice and The Emily Jordan Foundation.
"On Thursday, June 29, there is going to be a 19-piece band playing at the Henry Sandon Hall raising money for Acorns, with tickets costing £10.
"Although we are jewellers first, working together with the community around us is very important to us all."
