The most expensive neighbourhood is WR2, which covers the west side of the city and beyond including St John's, Hallow, Rushwick, Lower Wick and Callow End, with an average asking price of £381,200.
Then follows WR5 - the south east of the city including St Peter's, Battenhall, Ronkswood, and Kempsey, with a price tag of £311,100 which is followed by WR3 - the northern end of the city including Northwick, Claines, and out to Fernhill Heath and Hawford, at £243,800.
And the postcode with the lowest median value is WR4 - east of the city including Warndon, Tolladine and Warndon Villages - with a price tag of £231,400.
