A DRIVER has been reported for seatbelt and insurance offences after being pulled over by police near the city centre.
West Mercia Police stopped the car on Pheasant Street after both the driver and passenger were found to be travelling without wearing seatbelts.
OPU C Shift out in support of @PoliceChiefs seatbelt campaign. Neither the driver or passenger of this vehicle were wearing belts. To add to their woes, the owner (passenger) hadn't insured the vehicle for the driver to use. Both reported for seatbelt & insurance offences. 21625 pic.twitter.com/evX0HLim3L
