The following cases were heard at Worcester Magistrates Court recently.
Garry Jones, of Larch Road, Evesham, is accused of spitting and pouring fish sauce into plastic tubs not meant to contain fish at the Worcestershire food production company he was working for.
The tubs were produced by the Harvey & Brockless Fine Food Company in Evesham and supplied to national restaurants including Nando's.
Jones, of Larch Road, Evesham, entered no plea to a charge of contaminating/interfering with goods with intent.
Jones was told to attend the next hearing of the case at Worcester Crown Court on July 12.

Thief Nathan Smith, of Conway Road, Worcester and previously of Bath Road, Worcester, was released from prison and told he had one final chance.
Smith admitted 12 thefts from Tesco stores in Worcester and House of Fraser.
Smith was released from prison on a community order but was warned if he committed another offence he could expect to go to prison for a lengthy period.

A MAN admitted sending a threatening message to a neighbour but denied assaulting her.
Andrew Jones, 58, of Avening Close, Worcester, admitted to a charge of sending a letter/communication/article conveying a threatening message to a victim.
But Jones denied common assault when that charge was read to him.
Jones was told to attend his trial which will take place later this year.

Kieran Addis was disqualified from driving and will have to pay more than £600 to the courts after admitting to failing to provide a specimen to Worcester police for a drink-drive test.
The 24-year-old had crashed his car in the road he lived in Kingston Avenue, Worcester, leading to his arrest for drink driving.
But at the police station Addis failed to provide the evidential samples of breath required.
His solicitor explained Addis had not deliberately refused and the defendant suffers from anxiety and asthma.
