A DRIVER is accused of speeding on the motorway near Worcester after falling foul of average speed cameras.
Kevin Elsey, 41, was clocked in his BMW on the M5 northbound between junctions 6 (Worcester) and 5 (Droitwich) by an automatic camera device.
The stretch of the motorway is covered by the variable speed limit cameras.
Elsey of Shipton Grove, Peterborough, is due to have his case heard by magistrates in Worcester this Friday.
Upon conviction, magistrates can impose between three and six penalty points.
