A 35-YEAR-old man faces a trial for stalking and disclosing private sexual photographs.
Peter Jones was brought up from the cells at Court 1 of Worcester Magistrates Court on Tuesday, (June 6), as he is currently remanded in custody, magistrates heard.
Jones, of St Catherine's Vale, Worcester, had previously pleaded not guilty to stalking without fear/alarm/distress and to a charge of disclose/threaten to disclose private sexual photographs.

The stalking is alleged by the prosecution to have taken place between March 30 and April 23 this year while the prosecution says the disclosure offence took place on April 16.
During the hearing a further offence of stalking involving serious alarm or distress was put to the defendant, the 35-year-old also denying that.

Jones, who was remanded in custody, was told by magistrates his trial would take place on June 27 at Redditch Magistrates Court.
