A 23-year-old man has been arrested for multiple thefts and being wanted on recall to prison.
Lowesmoor closed earlier today after police said they received a "concern for welfare" - prompting a large emergency services presence in the area.
West Mercia Police and Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service were in attendance.
All of the roads in the local area have been re-opened now that the arrest has been carried out.

There were approximately eight police cars and a Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue vehicle in attendance at the scene.
The police cordon was set up just after Groszek Market and ended just after Worcester Marina, blocking the entrance from St Martin's Quarter between The Flag and Firefly.
A video emerged which showed police talking to a man on the roof of a building. A neighbour said he had been there for about three hours.
The incident was also causing major traffic issues on roads surrounding the Lowesmoor closure.
