LOWESMOOR remains closed as a police cordon has been placed across Worcester Marina.
Police cars are stationed at either end of Lowesmoor stopping traffic after the incident began this morning (Tuesday).
A fire engine is also at the scene.

West Mercia Police has now released a statement about what is happening.
A spokesperson said: "Police and Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue service are currently dealing with a concern for welfare in Lowesmoor."
A spokesperson for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said it was attending a police-led incident.
They said: "One Worcester Fire Station crew assisting at a police incident in Lowesmoor."
Police tape has been placed between just after Groszek Market and ends just after Worcester Marina.
Traffic is slow moving in the area.
