A River Severn clean-up event in Worcester is taking place this weekend.
Between Diglis and Pitchcroft, the Open Canoe Association and the Severn Rivers Trust are teaming up to clean up the River Severn.
Canoeists will collect rubbish from the water and Severn Rivers Trust volunteers will be removing litter from the bank.
The clean-up is part of the greater British Canoeing’s Big Paddle Clean, which saw over 700 sacks of rubbish collected last year.
This year's event is being carried out over two weeks across the country between Saturday, May 27 and Sunday, June 11.
