A MAN has been ordered to carry out unpaid work after an aggravated common assault that was deemed to be racially motivated.
Charles Poolton, 24, assaulted an individual in a racially aggravated attack in Worcester on Monday, December 5.
Poolton, of Trelawney Close, Worcester, indicated a guilty plea on Thursday, May 25 at Worcester Magistrates Court.

He was given a community order which ends on May 24 2024, which stipulates he must carry out 200 hours of unpaid work.
Poolton has also been ordered to pay £185 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £114 surcharge payment.
