The following cases were heard recently by magistrates:
ETHAN WILLIAMS, 52, of Broadfield Gardens, Great Meadow, Worcester, admitted harassment without violence.
The offence was committed in Worcester between December 4, 2022, and January 3, 2023.
The harassment included making 29 calls to the victim which he knew or should have known constituted harassment.
Williams was given unconditional bail and told to attend his sentencing at the court on August 3 at Kidderminster Magistrates Court.
DAVID STARKEY, 61, of Brickfields Road, Worcester, admitted criminal damage to property.
The crime happened between January 14, 2023, and January 15, 2023, in Worcester.
Starkey unlawfully damaged a Vauxhall Insignia belonging to the victim.
The value of the damage was estimated at £1,038.
Starkey has been ordered to pay costs of £135 and victim surcharge of £138.
He was also ordered to pay the victim the full £1,038 compensation and fined £346.
RICHARD STRAIN, 52, of The Lenches, Broadgreen, Broadwas, Worcester, admitted drink driving.
Strain drove a Blue Range Rover Freelander on Grove Crescent when he had 133 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit being 35mcg.
Strain was disqualified from driving for a year but was offered the chance to do the drink-drive awareness course to reduce his ban length.
Strain was ordered to do a one-year community order which included alcohol treatment of six months and 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days.
Strain was also ordered to pay costs of £135 and victim surcharge of £114.
DEREK Allen, 72, of Duke of Edinburgh Way, Malvern, admitted drink driving.
Allen pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall Astra on May 9 this year in Duke of Edinburgh Way, Malvern, Worcestershire.
Allen's evidential specimen given to police was 41 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit being 35mcg.
Allen was disqualified from driving for a year but he was given the chance to reduce the ban length by taking a drink-drive awareness course.
Allen was fined £335 and ordered to pay costs of £135 and victim surcharge of £134.
