A 38-YEAR-old woman randomly and unprovoked punched a woman twice in a city street, Worcester Magistrates Court heard.
Victoria Biddle, of no fixed abode but previously of Powick, returned to Worcester Magistrates Court just a fortnight since her last appearance.
Owen Beale, prosecuting, explained the victim had been walking home in Sansome Place at 2pm on December 17 last year when she noticed Biddle sitting on the side of the road throwing stones.
After glancing at her the victim tried to walk away but heard Biddle say "I'm going to 'expletive' smack her".
The video showed Biddle throwing a punch and moving away before returning and throwing another.
The court heard, after escaping, the victim had warned another woman who was walking towards where Biddle was.
Mr Beale said the victim had suffered reddening to her forehead and a headache after the "unprovoked" assault.
Biddle admitted that assault by beating and a second charge for an incident which took place on January 14 this year.
In that assault, which took place in Worcester, Biddle hit former partner Justin Wynn in the head with a mobile phone in her hand.
Mr Beale added Biddle's previous convictions were an "aggravating factor".
Paul Stanley, defending, said Biddle had been taking part in a detox programme and was struggling with alcohol addiction.
Mr Stanley said while Justin Wynn - who Biddle had been in a long-term relationship with - was now in custody the defendant had been "doing well".
Susan Mitchell, chairman of the magistrates bench, said the assault on the victim in the Sansome Place incident had been "persistent" as Biddle had punched then returned to swing another.

The chairman added the phone used to assault Justin Wynn had been used as a weapon by the defendant.
Biddle was given a 12-month community order which included 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days.
Biddle was told to pay £200 compensation to the woman she assaulted.

There were no costs or victim surcharge ordered.
Before leaving the courtroom the chairman told Biddle the progress she was making was "encouraging" and that she should be proud of that.
The case was heard at the court on Friday, (May 26).
We reported on Biddle earlier this month in a case when she was seen arguing with Justin Wynn in Sansome Place in front of members of the public.
Biddle has been a court regular and appeared a number of times in the paper including in 2019 when she made national headlines after shouting "thank you judgy" at the end of a court hearing.
