A PLAN which could see 135 new homes built in a Worcestershire village has been revealed.
Lioncourt Homes has proposed to build up to 135 homes in Fernhill Heath.
If the plans go ahead, the homes will be to the east of Dilmore Lane, next to the recently built homes on Suffolk Way, Herdwick Close and Portland Close.

The developer still needs to submit a planning application but instead aims to work with residents to refine its proposal before submitting it.
Many residents in the area have received letters through the post to ask for their say on the proposal, and a website has been made to inform people further.
Out of the 135 homes, 54 of them will be affordable - for sale or rent - and a small percentage of the homes will be self-build plots designed for people to design and build their own homes.
Developers have emphasised that it wants to retain much of the green space on the plot of land and hopes to incorporate a community orchard, a new play area.
Lioncourt Homes said it would maintain distance from the historic farm buildings on Dilmore Lane and extend and ‘round off’ the existing green open space north of the Taylor Wimpey scheme to create a central common area to help join the two developments.

The plan hopes to retain 40 per cent of the site as green open space.
Vehicle access will be via Dilmore Lane, connected to the pedestrian, cycle and emergency vehicle access linking Suffolk Way and Firlands Close.
Lioncourt Homes have proposed a financial contribution towards community infrastructure like schools and healthcare as part of the build.
The investment will also be made in walking, cycling and public transport.
