He had been walking his dog when he saw the two people, whom he believes were youths, approaching him on a moped.
The victim filmed the incident which took place at 5.34pm on Sunday, May 7.
During the incident, the man says: "What are you doing lads?"
The response from the youth on the back of the bike, who appears to be wearing a Halloween mask, is a swear word and he also says: "Keep your distance or I will stab you."
The man then replies: "Don't ride around here. Don't be riding around on that mate."
The man says he was concerned his dog could be run over as he darted in and out of the hedges. The incident has since been reported to West Mercia Police and shared on the Warndon Villages Community Group.
The rider had his face covered except for his eyes and the youth on the back had what the man described as a 'Halloween mask' or a 'clown mask'.
"I feel they were under 18 as the one spoke's voice had not broken. I was a bit surprised (at the threat being made) as I was reasonable with them.
"It was an unpleasant experience. I felt the need to get it off my chest which is why I shared the video on the Warndon Villages group. I don't believe they would have had the guts to come back and tackle me", he said.
He described the bike as having no number plate and being 'crash-damaged'.
"I'm quite confident but that could have intimidated some youngsters. He could have intimidated some older folks too. I wasn't going to be nasty to them, just tell them 'don't ride around here lads'. There's a field down the bottom by the allotments.
"As a paramedic, I was concerned about anyone getting injured on the path, including the riders who did not have helmets on."
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: “We received a report via email this morning (Monday 15 May) of mopeds being ridden on a footpath on Trotshill Lane West on Sunday, May 7.
"When challenged, the riders of the mopeds were verbally abusive and threatening to a member of the public. As this has only been reported today we will need time to review footage of the incident and decide on the appropriate action.”
