POPULAR British soul singer Sam Smith will be bringing his postponed tour date in Birmingham this month.
The performer was set to take centre stage on Tuesday, April 25 but the show was cancelled after Smith, 30, was struck down by a mystery virus.
The chart-topping singer will perform at Resorts World Arena on Saturday, May 27 for one night during their Gloria tour.
Fans from Worcester are planning to travel to Resorts World Arena in Birmingham in order to see the star perform as it is just under an hour's drive.
The world tour will see Smith also perform in Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, to name a few.
Earlier this year, the singer was forced to cancel several gigs across the UK.

After revealing they had to reschedule multiple dates on their tour, the singer said: "I am so sorry to let you know that my team and I are still really not well.
"So unfortunately we need to reschedule our Birmingham show to May, 27 2023.
"It's so important to me that we give you the very best version of Gloria.
"I don't want you to experience it at anything less.
"Thank you so much for understanding, I know how excited everyone is to see the show, and I feel the same about seeing all of you.
"All previous tickets are still valid for the new date, for any more information, go to my website, samsmith.com, all my love, Sam."
