A MAN has appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court accused of cannabis drug dealing.
Sunil James, of Monk Close, Tipton and previously of Turnbike Close, Worcester, appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court speaking only to confirm his name and address.
The 27-year-old faces one charge of being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug of class B, cannabis.
The prosecution alleges James was involved in the dealing of the drug between May 1, 2018, and December 17, 2019.
Megan Harrison, chairman of the magistrates bench, told James the matter was outside of magistrates' sentencing powers sending the case up to the higher court.

James, who was given unconditional bail, was told to attend Worcester Crown Court on June 14.
Mark Hambling prosecuted while Shaun Newey defended James during the hearing on Thursday, (May 11).
- James' co-accused Talvinder Takhar did not appear for his scheduled hearing at the court on Thursday.
Takhar, who has no address listed on press court list, is accused of the same offence.
Magistrates issued a warrant for the 28-year-old's arrest.
