AN ICONIC Worcestershire landmark is celebrating a new milestone.
Hanbury Hall is marking its 70th year of being a National Trust property by encouraging visitors to try out a host of fun activities.
The National Trust saved the Hall, near Droitwich, from being demolished in 1953 because of Sir James Thornhill’s historically significant wall paintings.
When the National Trust began restoration work, the property ceilings were on the brink of collapse.
The Hanbury Hall team encourages visitors to celebrate their anniversary with their free ‘70 things to do at Hanbury Hall’ activity.
