REASSURANCE has been given after wording issues on the emails sent out by Worcester Balloon Festival's ticket provider.
Organisers of Worcester Balloon Festival decided to postpone the event which was supposed to take place on Friday and Saturday because of a waterlogged field.
Those who had purchased tickets have had them automatically transferred to the festival's new dates.
However, there has been confusion as the email sent by ticket provider Skiddle only states this is for Friday tickets.

Worcester Balloon Festival has reassured visitors that this is "simply a wording issue" and they have raised it with Skiddle.
In a statement, the festival said: "We appreciate the support from the community and hope they will still be able to join us in June, as organisers this is never an easy decision but one that is necessary given the forecast.
"Skiddle has automatically transferred all tickets to the new dates, however, on the email, it only states Friday, this is simply a wording issue that we have raised.
"We would like to assure everyone that the ticket is valid for the day that you have booked it, therefore, if you have booked on the Saturday, your ticket will be valid for the Saturday.

"For anyone unable to attend, the refund option is now available on Skiddle and can be accessed through the booking system, there is a time frame on being able to request refunds."
The festival will now take place on June 23 and 24.
Everyone has also been urged to be patient while the festival deals with large volumes of messages.
After a ground assessment today (Tuesday), festival organisers postponed the event.
A spokesperson for the event added: "We are an inclusive event and understand the impact that this might have on some of our attendees with mobility issues.
"As well as this, we want to provide the very best experience for everyone in Worcester and therefore have made the difficult decision to postpone until the 23rd and 24th of June to give the ground time to dry out."
Tickets for the new dates in June will be available soon.
