ONE OF Worcester's biggest festivals this year has issued a statement following a mishap with timings.
Worcester Balloon Festival has clarified its plans after a printing mishap on its tickets caused confusion.
Tickets purchased through the festival's ticket provider Skiddle included incorrect timings, prompting many festival goers to ask for clarification.
People who bought tickets said the Saturday tickets said entry to the event was at 4pm - when it is actually at noon.
Some questioned whether the festival had put the wrong timings on its flyers. However, these are correct.

Worcester Balloon Festival said they have now sorted out the issues, and those who have already purchased their tickets with the incorrect times are still valid.
A spokesperson for the festival said: "Thank you, everyone, for bringing to our attention the opening times on the tickets that have been sent out.
"This has now been rectified on the tickets for further purchases.
"Your tickets are still valid for this event, there is no need to contact Skiddle.
"If you have already got a ticket, the opening times are below, but I will add that all opening and closing times are correct on all the advertising posters and social media posts.
"Friday 12, 4pm to 10.30pm.
"Saturday 13, 12pm to 10.30pm
"Thank you."
