POLICE have been spotted outside a school in Droitwich.
Police cars and officers were seen outside Droitwich Spa High School and Rivers Leisure Centre at 4pm today (Sunday).
An eyewitness said they also saw loads of caravans in the area, particularly on Briar Mill, trying to get onto one of the fields on the school's grounds.
It has not been confirmed if these were related.
An eyewitness said: "There are lots of caravans at the Rivers Leisure Centre and outside the high school.
"The police seem to be moving them on.
"It looked like they were trying to get through the gate onto the school grounds.
"The gate next to the bus lay by at the school."
Worcester News has contacted West Mercia Police and is waiting for a response.
