A SURPRISE alpaca birth has stunned the team at a popular country park near Worcester.
Staff at The Cob House Country Park and Mayfly Cafe, in Wichenford, did not even realise alpaca Holly was pregnant.
But it was a lovely surprise when they discovered Holly with her newborn cria - the name for a baby alpaca.

Simon Yapp, manager of Cob House, said: "We had a surprise on Friday.
"Holly, one of our Alpacas gave birth to a female cria.
"We had no idea she was pregnant.
"Holly came to us in July 2022, unbeknown to anyone, already pregnant.
"Alpacas are pregnant for around 11.5 months."
Visitors to the farm park will get the chance to name the baby, and if their name gets chosen, also meet the alpacas.
The country park has several animals you can go to see on your visit, including alpacas, reindeer, pigs and goats.
