A 36-YEAR-old woman who went on a stealing spree at Sainsbury's stores across the city is banned from entering the supermarket while she waits to learn her fate.
Prolific thief Leanne Timmins stole items worth, in total, more than £1,000 from the supermarket chain, Worcester Magistrates Court heard.
Timmins, of Oakridge Close, Worcester, admitted 11 thefts from a shop which took place across a four-week period this year.
Timmins stole from Sainsbury's:
- £150 of meat items on February 24.
- Fresh meat products, valued at £175, from the St John's store on February 24.

Mark Hambling, prosecuting, said: "There was very little if no sophistication (to the thefts).
"It was walking in, taking the items and walking out."
The prosecutor added Timmins had two previous convictions for shoplifting.
Chris Aggrey, defending, said Timmins had been battling a heroin addiction made worse after traumatic events in her life.
"She is now desperately seeking help," the solicitor said, before requesting a pre-sentence report.
Brent Robinson, defending, told the defendant the easiest thing for them to do was to sentence immediately, but he said that was not going to prevent further offending or help the defendant.
"You are now looking for help - some people don't want help," the chairman said as he adjourned for the report.
Timmins was told to return to the court on June 9 for her sentencing.
The chairman added Timmins was on conditional bail, stressing to her she was not allowed to enter or loiter outside any Sainsbury's store for any reason.
The case was heard on Thursday, (May 4).
