RESIDENTS in Worcestershire have bagged a £1,000 prize through People's Postcode Lottery.
Over the years, residents in Worcestershire have seen their fair share of postcode lottery winners over the years and in the past, some postcodes have even scooped up £3 million prizes.
And this month there are three winning postcodes in Worcestershire.
The first lucky postcode to get their hands on the prize was WR2 6LX in Camp Lane, Grimley in Worcester.
This winning postcode was pulled on Monday (April 17) and the players scooped up £1,000.
The second postcode was WR11 8AD in Evesham and players also won £1,000 on Tuesday (April 18).
And there were even more winners over in Pershore when the postcode WR10 3DD was pulled out of the draw.
And the lucky players also bagged a £1,000 prize on Wednesday (April 12).
Residents who subscribe to Postcode Lottery were in with the chance of winning the money prize.
Prize-winning postcodes from March's draws will be announced until Monday, May 8.
Postcode Lottery: how does it work
People's Postcode Lottery is slightly different from other lotteries.
Players sign up for the subscription lottery and have to pay a fee of £10 a month in order to play.
The money raised is given to charities across Britain and internationally.
A minimum of 32 per cent of ticket sales goes directly to charities and players of People’s Postcode Lottery have helped raise over £700 million to date for thousands of good causes across Britain and internationally.
