MANY residents were saddened after hearing that Worcester was losing one of its go-to cheap pubs.
Wetherspoons Postal Order closed its doors for good this January, and the venue will be given a new lease for life when it is turned into a bar and grill.
But despite residents' sadness about the closure, the Postal Order was not free from the critics - and some reviews make for hilarious reading.
We have done a round-up of the funniest reviews about the pub on TripAdvisor.
Worcester News has conatced Wetherspoons and they have declined to comment on the reviews made.
The sign says beer garden, but there isn't one
On her quest for the Postal Order's beer garden, one customer was shocked to discover she had walked past it.
She said: "The signs outside said this pub had a beer garden - so we went in, walking past two or three small tables on the pavement by the entrance - only to find that they WERE the beer garden!"
"You are supposed to tell them if you want your breakfast hot"
One TripAdvisor user left this surprising realisation after the manager told them they had to request if they wanted their breakfast hot.
They said: "The servers came over with two more cold breakfasts, by this time, we were not bothered and just wanted to go.
"He said, 'You are supposed to tell them if you want it hot' - everyone wants it differently.
"First time in any Wetherspoons I have heard this."
"As for the man sat there picking his nose...you disgusting individual"
Another visitor to the pub could not help but highlight how dirty the place was and the individual they were sitting next to.
"The fish and chips were excellent and very good price," they said.
"However, the place is filthy - also, the glasses smelt.
"As for the man sat there picking his nose...you disgusting individual."
"Needed longer in the microwave!"
"Look, this is a Spoons, I knew what I was getting into," is how one customer started their descriptive novel review of the pub.
"But the five bean chilli (a personal favourite) was disappointing.
"I’m sure the portions have got smaller, and it wasn’t quite hot enough.
"Yes, I could have sent it back, but it was a super hot day, and I let it go."
In conclusion, they decided the food needed longer in the microwave.
