A BLACK Audi with cloned plates was spotted near the scene of a catalytic converter theft in Worcester.
At approximately midnight between Wednesday, April 26 and Thursday, April 27 on Buck Street, a Honda Jazz had its catalytic converter stolen.
Police received a report of the car being jacked up in the street and people spotted underneath it.

Following the theft, police discovered the black Audi, a five-door saloon car, but the car failed to stop for police.
PCSO Dave Clee, of the St. Johns's and Bedwardine safer neighbourhood policing team, said: "If you see anything suspicious going on in your neighbourhood, please let us know.
"It is only with your help that we are able to identify incidents like this and try to prevent them from happening again in the future."
