A MAN in his 70s escaped a car that had rolled into a into a ditch in Hanley Castle.
The man had got out of the vehicle when firefighters arrived at the scene on the B4211 at 5.10pm on Tuesday (April 25).
A Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Crews from Malvern and Worcester Fire Stations attended Worcester Road where a car had rolled over into a ditch with no people trapped.
“A man in his 70s had got out of the vehicle prior to the crews’ arrival and was left in the care of the ambulance service.
“The B4211 was closed in both directions for a short period with the police in attendance."
The spokesperson added firefighters left at 6.10pm.
