The RED carpet was rolled out as Worcester welcomed fashion designers from across the country.
The RSPCA Worcester and Mid Worcestershire branch hosted its first-ever fashion show.
A diverse group of models took to the catwalk at Henry Sandon Hall at the Royal Porcelain Works on Saturday night (April 22).
Among them was Helen Smith, one of the RSPCA’s cat fosterers, who took part as a model for the first time.
She said “If Carlsberg did weekends!
“Wow, what can I say?
“What a totally awesome weekend with some absolutely amazing people.”

The aim of the evening was to raise some much-needed funds for the branch and awareness of the work they do.
Local wedding and portrait photographer, Nigel Wood Photographs, sponsored the event which saw designers from across the country get involved.
The show itself was organised by Julie Morris through The Fashion Event, an organisation that helps create fashion shows that highlight that fashion can appeal to a diverse audience.
The afternoon started with the models parading on the red carpet outside the Henry Sandon Hall at 4.30pm where a team of photographers who had all given their time, snapped away in a paparazzi style to start the show.
On entering the foyer at the hall, guests had the opportunity to buy goods from local traders and their handmade items – Olive Grove Crafts, Knots at No 29, Moore4You and the RSPCA also had their own pop-up fashion store there too.

Guests were then invited to take their seats, where a huge pink flower wall supplied by The Wild Halo provided a beautiful backdrop as the models took to the catwalk.
Every guest received a little goody bag and raffle tickets, with further raffle tickets available to purchase during the evening.
In between walks, there was entertainment provided for the guests, with Anteek, Sophie Alexander and local artist Sahirah providing music during the evening and Larisa Stan completing the entertainment with her unique dance act.
The fashion show itself contained a mixture of luxury evening wear, wedding outfits and more casual outfits, with Local independent Menswear shop, Armstrong’s of Worcester supplying a range of menswear for the evening.
All in all, the evening raised £1570.78 for the charity.
