A GERMAN beer bar which has promised to have customers "up and dancing on the benches in no time" is coming to Worcester.
Bierkeller Showbar is opening its doors in Worcester on Friday, May 5, and will be continuing its launch festivities over the over the King's Coronation weekend (Saturday, May 6 and Sunday, May 7).
The bar is opening in the former Labyrinth Nightclub, in New Street, with the website for the former nightclub directing you to a website called bierkellerworcester.com, which is currently blank.
Outside the nightclub is a large poster teasing the opening of Bierkellar Showroom, and work could be seen be carried out inside ready for the opening in May.

The venue's seating arrangement largely consists of wooden benches, similar to an Oktoberfest themed layout.
There are also booths, television screens and a projector, and also a dancefloor.
The bar is also advertising that it will be serving pizza by the slice, or whole pizzas to share.
Nick Martindale, site director, said: "We would like to invite all of Worcester to escape from everyday life and enjoy the ultimate evening out at The Bierkeller Showbar.
"Expect raucous live music, cabaret, steins, pizzas, bench dancing and limitless fun. The Biekeller is everything anybody could want from an evening out on the town; quality drinks, tasty pizzas and world-class entertainment set in an authentic, warm and fun-loving environment.
"We've been running Bierkeller style bars together for over 10 years and we're unbelievably excited to be bringing that experience, passion and party to such a fabulous city.
"We have created something extraordinary and I can't wait for Worcester to see it."

In a short space of time, the post has amassed dozens of likes and over 170 comments from Worcester residents excited about the news.
The location was most recently Labyrinth, and before it was Alexander's. which closed in May 2022.
