AN UNINSURED driver has been ordered to pay over £1,600 for having a child in a car who was not wearing a seatbelt.
Dorel Mihai, 23, drove a Volkswagen Golf on Lowesmoor with an unrestrained child in the backseat on Friday, September 30.
Mihai, of Wyld's Lane, also did not have the necessary third-party insurance needed to drive the Volkswagen Golf on the same day.

Both counts were proven in a single justice procedure on Friday, April 14 at Worcester Magistrates' Court.
Mihai was fined a total of £1,100 and was made to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £440.
He was also made to pay costs of £90 and his driving record was endorsed with six points.
Mihai has until Friday, May 12 to pay the total balance of £1,630.
