TWO people are accused of burgling a Holt Heath property and stealing vodka.
The cases of Gemma Anderson and Ryan Price were heard at Worcester Magistrates Court on Tuesday, (April 11).
Anderson, 38, and Price, 33, face a charge of burglary of a dwelling with intent to steal.
The prosecution alleges the pair committed the burglary offence at Exton Lodge, Holt Heath, on March 25 last year.
Anderson, of Dormston Drive, Birmingham, and Price, of no fixed address but previously of Bomers Field, Rednal, are also accused of stealing two bottles of skull vodka, valued at £139.98.
It is alleged Anderson and Price committed that offence on the same date at The Wine Cabin in Holt Fleet.
Both Anderson and Price are yet to plead to the burglary offence.
Anderson is also yet to plead to the theft charge, but Price has previously denied the theft.
Matt O'Brien, defending Anderson, told magistrates the defendant was not at court for medical reasons.
Susan Dowty, chairman of the magistrates bench, said Anderson's case would be adjourned until April 25 at Worcester Magistrates Court.
Price was told by a court clerk the next hearing of his case would take place at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on July 4.
