A 44-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and assault in Worcester.
Police were called to Pheasant Street in Worcester at 8.40pm yesterday.
A picture taken from Pheasant Street, looking towards the junction with Lowesmoor, shows an unmarked police car with blue flashing lights.
The man still remains in police custody.
A spokesperson for West Mercia police said: "We were called to Pheasant Street in Worcester at 8.40pm last night (Monday 11 April) following reports of a public order incident in the area.
"A 44-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and assault. He remains in police custody."

An eyewitness has told the Worcester News that they saw the incident unfolding yesterday evening (Monday, April 10) at approximately 9pm.
They said: "I saw unmarked police car and could hear lots of shouting and what sounded like police dogs as well.
"It was happening for around 30 to 40 minutes. I kept hearing raised voices followed by the sirens and the barking of the dogs."
