A man arrested near Worcester has been charged in connection with the two shootings in Cambridgeshire.
Stephen Alderton, 66, of no fixed abode, has been charged with two counts of murder and one count of possession of a firearm.
Police officers were called to properties in Meridian Close, Bluntisham, and then The Row, Sutton, on Wednesday (March 29) after reports of gunshots.
Gary Dunmore, 57, and his son Joshua, aged 32 were found dead at two properties.
Officers said the bodies of the men had gunshot wounds and that both deaths were being treated as murder.
Alderton is due to appear at Huntingdon Magistrates’ Court on April 1.
A 27-year-old man and 33-year-old woman, who were also arrested, have been released with no further action taken.
