A group of mums went for a stroll in the sunshine as part of the free event organised by a Worcester small business.
Glowing Mamma’s first ‘coffee and walk’ event took place on March 21 starting in Gheluvelt Park.
After meeting at the pump house, it was an opportunity to grab coffee and cake for those who wanted it, and then walking around Pitchcroft.
Glowing Mamma - owned by specialist antenatal and postnatal personal trainer Rosie Bligh - organised the event to give mums the opportunity to get out and enjoy the physical and mental health benefits of exercise through walking while having a chat and a coffee.
Rosie, who also works as a midwife and herself has recently given birth to her fourth child, said that there was a great turn out.
They now plan on making this a monthly event.
