A 30-YEAR-old man has denied ABH in Worcester.
Luke Timms appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Thursday, (March 23).
Timms, who gave his address as The Elms Hotel, Stockton Road, Abberley, pleaded not guilty when the offence was read out to him by a court clerk.
Timms, formerly of Woodhouse Close, Worcester, is accused of assault a person thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm.
The prosecution alleges that on October 13 last year, in Worcester, Timms assaulted Daniel O'Donnell.
Deputy district judge Micaila Williams indicated that the trial was suitable to be heard at magistrates court.

Timms had the choice whether his trial would be heard at magistrates or crown court and when asked which he wanted to elect he answered: "Crown court".

The judge told Timms to attend a pre-trial preparation hearing of his case at Worcester Crown Court on April 20.
The judge added Timms would have unconditional bail.
