It was then discovered that the vehicle was not roadworthy, and the driver was issued with a PG9 form - preventing them from driving the van.
The van also had no excise licence and was seized as part of Operation Tramline.
In order to get vehicles back on the road after being issued with a PG9 form, you need to follow the guidance of the officer who issued the form and follow the notes on the back of the prohibition notice.
