A MAN has been accused of refusing to do a breathalyser.
Mark Davies, of Orchard Way in Callow End, is due in court this week faced with three charges.
The 59-year-old is alleged to have failed to co-operate with a roadside breath test after being stopped in Staunton, Gloucestershire, on February 26.
He faces a second charge for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis after allegedly drink or drug driving in Gloucester on the same date.
Also on February 26, Davies is alleged to have used threatening, abusive or insulting words towards a man in Staunton with the intent of causing him to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him.
Davies is due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, March 14.
