A WARRANT has been issued for a man accused of stealing post.
George Ehondor was scheduled to appear at Worcester Magistrates Court on Thursday, (March 2), to plead to five offences of theft of mail bag/postal packet.
The prosecution alleges all the thefts took place in Droitwich between August 17, 2021, and August 21, 2021.
There are five different alleged victims who, the prosecution claim, had their post stolen from them.
When a tannoy announcement was made for the 32-year-old no one came to the courtroom.

The court clerk said a note had been received from a householder of Farm Street, Walsall - the address the court had for Ehondor - which said no one of that name lived at the address.
Owen Beale, prosecuting, asked for a warrant to be issued as it had become apparent there was no way of contacting Ehondor.
Chairman of the magistrates bench, Susan Mitchell, said a warrant without bail would be issued.
