A TESCO customer said a foul odour at the supermarket's entrance "stops us shopping there".
A foul odour has been greeting shoppers at the entrance of the Tesco Superstore on Mill Wood Drive, Warndon Villages.
Dean Bowkett, of Cobden Avenue, previously raised issues with a foul smell plaguing shoppers at the supermarket in 2017.
And the bad smell has returned with Mr Bowkett saying it is "at its worst" by the entrance of the supermarket.
He said: "We were in there yesterday and said the smell had come back as bad as ever.
"Despite their denials, it seems strange that the smell is at its worst by the entrance near the toilets and that also means it is by the exposed fresh fruit and vegetables.
"It is just a 10-minute walk from us but the smell stops us shopping there except for the occasional drop-in for some tinned produce.
"We do our main shop at Tesco St Peter’s and Aldi St Peter’s instead."
Tesco also has a supermarket in St Peter's and there are several other Tesco Express stores also found throughout the city.

In 2017, shoppers at Tesco complained the smell was so disgusting they were walking straight back out of the supermarket.
A spokesperson for Tesco confirmed at the time that the issue was caused by underfloor piping and that despite the foul smell, the supermarket had no hygiene concerns around food or customer health.

Cllr Andy Roberts, Worcestershire County Councillor for Warndon Parish, visited the supermarket today (March 2) and claimed there was "no smell".
Cllr Roberts said: "I have visited today and could not detect any foul odour myself, but the issue had apparently been raised to staff at the supermarket recently.

"It is believed it may have been in relation to some work that was being carried out around the area of the supermarket.
"I have been assured the matter is in Tesco's hand."
Tesco said a maintenance team is working to solve the issue at the Worcester Warndon Superstore as soon as possible and that the smell poses no health risk.
