A MAN who abused police officers was warned for blurting out "pathetic" when the charge was put to him in court.
Garon Lowry, of Tintern Avenue, Worcester, was warned by a court clerk for calling his charge "pathetic".
He also said the police "had it in" for him.
The 31-year-old admitted using threatening/abusing words/behaviour likely to cause harassment alarm or distress.
The court heard Lowry caused a disturbance at flats in Cranham Drive, Worcester at 1.30am on January 29 this year.
Azeifna Adams, prosecuting, said police were called and Lowry was behaving erratically.
Miss Adams said Lowry was given a final warning about his language before swearing a number of times at officers leading to his arrest.

"She threw a drink in my face," Lowry said.
"I got in a taxi before it escalated."
Lowry explained he hadn't been able to get in, leading to his frustration.
"I accept I was drunk and disorderly," Lowry added.
Lowry said the charge was "pathetic", the court clerk saying that was language he shouldn't use in court.
He then went on to say: "I'm targeted by the police - the last four days I've been searched."
Chairman of the magistrates bench, Andrew Greenway, told Lowry he was being fined £40 and would pay victim surcharge of £16.
Lowry said he would pay the £56 total in full within 28 days.
