The teenagers, both male and aged 15, have been arrested on the suspicion of carrying out a rampage of assault and robberies while scores of people were visiting the city for Light Night.

One 15-year-old grabbed a man by his throat before stealing his wallet in Holywell Hill in St Johns at around 8pm.
