A woman who was looking forward to a McDonald's on her birthday meal has vowed to never eat there again.
Karen Bunn said she was left feeling sick when she was delivered a moudly, undrinkable, and inedible meal.
Mrs Bunn and her daughter Megan ordered two cheeseburgers and fries, a chocolate and strawberry milkshake, chicken nuggets, and a salad, which came to £24 from McDonald's in Blackpole.
However, when Mrs Bunn opened her order she was horrified to find a lumpy and leaking milkshake and a salad so mouldy she claims it had turned black.
A McDonald’s spokesperson apologised for any disappointment caused with the arrival of the order.
Mrs Bunn, aged 43, said: "For my birthday we decided to have McDonald's, so we ordered it from Uber Eats.
But Mrs Bunn, who has lived in Blackpole for 17 years, said she felt as though her birthday had been ruined because the food left her feeling sick.
She said: "The milkshakes were bubbling over and the whole bag was wet, they had mixed the flavours of the milkshakes together too and they were so bubbly and chunky."
One of the burgers appeared to be made carelessly and Mrs Bunn claimed it was dripping with lettuce and mayonnaise.
"My cheeseburger was fine, but my daughter's was covered in mayonnaise and lettuce both inside and out of the bun. It was made in a really sloppy way.
"The salad was black, we were really upset.

"It ruined my birthday and we chucked it away."
Mrs Bunn said she lost her appetite after receiving the food and went to sleep feeling sick on Friday (February 17).
"It made me feel sick, I didn't want to eat anything after that.
Uber Eats agreed to give the pair a £4 refund due to the condition of the milkshake arrived in.

And after complaining to McDonald's Customer Services, Mrs Bunn and her daughter received two free meal vouchers.
Megan, age 17, said she used her voucher recently but was left feeling disappointed again when they had forgotten to pack fries in her order.
And for Mrs Bunn that was the last straw, she said: "I've lost a lot of faith in Mcdonald's and I won't be eating there ever again."
A McDonald’s spokesperson said: "At McDonald's, we set ourselves high standards and we apologise for any disappointment caused with the arrival of this order.
"We understand the customer has been in contact with the relevant delivery service, as well as our Customer Services Team to help find a resolution."
