A WORCESTER woman has been ordered to pay over £800 for dodging a £50.45 train ticket.
Faye Brown, 50, travelled from Honeybourne Station on a Great Western Railway train without paying the fare of £50.45 on August 4 2022.
Brown, of Heron Close, Lower Wick, was deemed to have avoided paying for the fare with intent.
The case was proved in her absence at Worcester Magistrates' Court on February 17 2023.

She was fined £440 and was made to pay compensation of £50.45.
Brown was also made to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £176 and costs of £180.
She has until March 17 to pay the total balance of £846.45.
