A MAN accused of carrying knives and a machete in a public place has had his case dismissed.
Alexander Pratt denied three charges of possession of a knife blade/sharp pointed article in a public place last year.
The prosecution had alleged Mr Pratt committed the offence in Colwall, Malvern, on August 1, having a folding knife, a rambit knife and a machete.
The 28-year-old appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Friday, (February 17), for the latest hearing of the case.
Ian Latimer, chairman of the magistrates bench, announced all three charges had been dismissed, so Mr Pratt was free to go.
