Would-be burglars tried to break into an outhouse using an umbrella.
West Mercia Police are investigating an attempted break-in at a property in Peopleton, between Worcester and Pershore.
The unknown offenders used a parasol they had taken from the garden to try and force entry into a brick-built outhouse attached to the side of the main building.
Fortunately, the parasol snapped and they weren't able to get inside.
The incident happened sometime between Thursday, February 16, and 12.41pm the following day.
