A village pub has gone up for sale.
Whitehall Inn on Bransford Road in Rushwick has hit the market with estate agent Sidney Phillips.
The pub has a price of £365,000 for freehold.
The listing describes the property as having an “attractive” open-plan bar area with space for 50-plus people and room to extend.
There is also a three-bedroom owners' accommodation, as well as a pub garden and car parking.
As well as this, the sale includes a large brick-built barn/outbuilding which is said to “suit conversion”.
Worcester News has attempted to contact the owners/landlords of Whitehall Inn but has not received a response.
